Hi- my system shows up to date for protection however the computer, software and firewall all show unprotected. Did 4 complete restarts- no changes.
web and email says they are protected. Scanned many times and " fix performance " many times- no changes. I also checked malware to see if any issues were detected- none. Please advise- I am worried about identity theft at this point.
