AVG deep scan found this file but says it cannot remove it.  Explorer found 6 copies of this (209 and 259 KB) and 2 copies of unregmp2.exe.mui (24.5KB).  Task manager does not show these running.

Should I be concerned?  Anyway to tell if any of these are bogus?
