I've been a avg customer for close to 15 years now. But, after this recent upgrade of two computers, I have nothing good to say about avg. I had to uninstall previous versions of avg and reinstall the so called new and upgraded versions, not to mention the multiple system restore that needed to be performed to restore all wifi adapter and network settings, Total bullshit, for what should have been a simple upgrade. Avg use to be a leader in their field and very user friendly, but has recently turned into a headache. After spending several hours upgrading avg, I've had enough… I'll be in the market for another antivirus software tomorrow!!!
My computer is still screwed up from the AVG update, The AVG tech tried to fix and said he couldn't do anything and left me hanging with no resolve. I unloaded and reloaded AVG and it still isn't working and my computer is screwed up! Every-time I shut my computer off it gets stuck trying to download latest updates and AVG still isn't working. I will be seeking legal help as in a Lawyer for class action for all those that have messed up computers because of your update!!!
