I just ran a virus scan on my PC and got one threat in the erport. The message says, "May be infrected by unknown virus." when I click on the link provided:

it takes me to a web page that seems to be saying that I need to buy AVG Premium to get rid of this virus. I just bougt AVG Pro last month. Is this a scan to buy something else?
