Thank you for contacting us here. May I know if you are receiving any error message when you try to resolve the threats?
I did a scan and was given a list of threats which I selected resolve for but about 5 were left unresolved. What do I do with these and why weren't they quarantined? Screenshot by Lightshot
Hi - I think some of them are hidden files as I couldn't find them when I searched. I have deleted the whole directory now but will remember your answer for the future.
