We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. This process is known as AVG Online Shield Service or AVG Network scanner Service. To resolve the issue, kindly uninstall your AVG Internet Security by running AVG remover tool and re install it.
To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select all detected AVG products and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG. Once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C:\ and remove it.
What the heck is that error and why does AVG keep sending me that that unspecified error over and over one after the other. Why doesn't AVG fix their own problems in their soft ware if there is an known error in the program. Fix it or I'll go some were else.

Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
