Hi - I am running Win7 on an old Toshiba laptop. AVG 2015 has worked fine until my provider sent me an upgraded router. I have another Toshiba running Win 10 and AVG 2015 which survived the router upgrade without incident and AVG still works fine. The Win 7 machine accesses the network fine too, but now continually pops up the error message "unspecified error occurred in the following AVG component avgnsx.exe". I realize this is some kind of network scanner, and that the error must be to do with the new router, but I can't find a way of resolving the error. Can anyone help please? Thanks a lot. Tony
