Identity: Identity component is not active
Everytime I hit (fix now) it gives me the above unspecified error message. And changes back to not protected.

Keep getting this message - Hundreds of times a day for the last 3 days.

- avgidsagent.exe
How do I fix this problem? Thanks

Hello Marina. Thank you for trying out the suggestions. I would request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install.
