Unstoppable payment?

Hi Daniel.
We'll certainly clarify this.
We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account. AVG products (Paid or Trial) are available as subscriptions and continue to renew until you cancel them. We try to be clear about this both before and after you sign up, and we explain how to cancel subscriptions in various places, including:

- In our shopping cart before signing up;
- In the confirmation email we send after signing up;
- In notification emails we send before charging for subsequent subscription periods.

We understand that people may overlook these things, and emails might end up in spam folders. So we sincerely apologize if you didn’t know that you’d subscribed and that we’d be charging you again to extend your subscription.

You do not have an active paid or trial subscription registered under the email address that you used to contact us here. I have sent an email requesting more details, please revert it containing those details to proceed further.

Hello!

So, a while back i signed up for a free trial for AVG Antivirus & tune-up for 2 months. Last month however, I suddenly had money drawn from my account. Ca. 30 euros. However, when I tried to log onto my account that I'd assumed existed none of my g-mails were connected to any account on AVG. How can they then draw money from me? How can I cancel it?
