Hi Cristian,

We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the AVG subscription.
However, upon checking your account, we see that the automatic renewal has been already disabled.
Hence, the 'Unsubscribe' option is unavailable in your AVG account. The license will not be renewed & will expire on Oct 21, 2019.
