You ask if there was anything that bugged me and to tell you.
Well, it's simply this, I've enjoyed very much the protection AVG ultimate has provided and would have continued to use it had you not attempted to get £99.99 out of me for the privilege.
I have used your products for a number of years and would have thought I might have the status of 'valued customer'. Instead I appear to have the status of 'mug'. :-)
I note that I could purchase AVG Ultimate off the internet for $69.99 which is somewhat cheaper than £99.99.
In fact, $69.99 is only £53.44 or thereabouts at today's rate (7th August 2020).
I also note, from searching the internet that you seem to equate $99.99 with being the same as £99.99 which it clearly isn't.
I think AVG Ultimate is a good product and I found it easy to use. I have confidence in it. I would like to use it again. I have viewed my account details and the prices I've paid for the product previously and can clearly see what I'm being asked to pay and what I paid before (for the same product basically) is not the same.
So, what am I? Valued customer or mug?
