Unsubscribe and refund

I thought this was resolved a few years ago. Apparently it was not.  I don't want your product. I don't even have it in my computer and haven't for a few years, yet I am charged April 23rd on my credit card $179.00 for a 2 yr subscription. I want a refund and to unsubscribe to your product.
