Unsubscribe and request for a refund

With my letter of 25th April 2019 I did tell you that I did not want a renewal of my license at 3rd June 2019. At the end of May I have canceled all the sofware from my computer and tablet. A second time I did ask for a refund of the payment of € 59,99 by my letter of 31nd May 2019, which was refused by you. Please refund the full amount now within 10 days.
