The easiest way to cancel the AVG subscription is from AVG MyAccount which is explained in this article.
In case, if you aren't able to see the subscription under it or able to cancel it from there, then provide the order number of your AVG purchase through the email that we have sent now.
Since we couldn't find any subscription under the email that you have used for posting here, we sent the email to get the order details.
Please revert to my email without changing the subject.
