Unsubscribe email

Hi Keri,

I would like to inform you that we do not have access to our user's account without contacting us.

Please check if you've cancelled it by logging into your AVG account.

I've just received an email that "You've successfully unsubscribed from AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device), and you'll no longer be billed for this product"
I never requested this to be unsubscribed. Why have I received this?
