Unsubscribe from AVG TuneUp auto-renewal

As requested, we've cancelled the TuneUp Unlimited subscription (automatic renewal) & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Hence, the license will not be renewed & there will be no charges. For further queries, feel free to write back to us.
I have a subscription for TuneUp  (multi-device) which expires on 30 October 2019. As I already have it on my computer (one device, exp. 16 October 2020) I wish to cancel this before it auto-renews via Digital River on 16 October; when I look at the subscriptions in my AVG account I'm not offered an option to unsubscribe. Can you help, please?
