Last year when I paid for AVG tuneup, I almost immediately cancelled my subscription so that it wouldn't take money out next year-- or so I thought. Apparently it didn't go through because AVG has attempted twice to renew it and my bank declined. I didn't realize until they contacted me asking if it was a fraudulent purchase. I don't want to renew, I just want to unsubscribe, but renew is the only button.
Mia, please clarify the below details.
Did you receive any declined order from AVG?
Do you still wish to remove your credit card details from your AVG My account?
Can it be removed from my account? I don't want the declined purchases to go through once I tell my bank it isn't fraudulent.
