Received email couple weeks ago that AVG could not renew. I installed a different product that I like. Now a notice yesterday from AVG they DID auto renew it and charged my credit card. I just tried to cancel AVG online immediately and ask for refund but will only let me cancel it as of 9/9/2020! HOW CAN I CANCEL IT STARTING TODAY AND GET REFUND OF THEIR CHARGE YESTERDAY??
Linda, your subscription of AVG Internet Security (1 computer) had to expire on 2019.9.10. We are charging 15 days before the expiry date, so that you will have a continuous protection without any interruption in service or security. The renewal notification email contains information on the date of renewal and a link to cancel the subscription.
