I thought I had cancelled the subscription for AVG TuneUp. Clearly, I hadn't. When I tried today it says that they will cancel next year renewal and keep the subscription until february 2022. I don't want the subscription. I really remember cancelling a couple of weeks back, I don't know what could have happened. Will I get a refund? Will I have to keep (and pay for) a product I don't use for another year?
