Let us explain this for you. The auto renewal status for AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device, 60-day Trial) has been already cancelled on 6/18/19, that's why you don't have an option to cancel it on your end. We assure you that we haven't charged anything on this account. The email you received recently is just a reminder notification to renew it manually which can be ignored and it will get stopped after few attempts.
I want to unsubscribe from a free subscription but there isn't an unsubscribe option nor is there instructions in FAQ telling me what to do in this event?
I also got a pop up saying it had been renewed even though it doesn't expire for six days?!
