We could see that the auto renewal service was already turned off for AVG internet Security Multi-Device.
It is still enabled for AVG Secure VPN (5 Devices) subscription. Due to synchronization issue with AVG MyAccount server, the status would have not got updated.
Please log out and log in to check the "unsubscribe" status of AVG internet Security Multi-Device.
Let us know whether you would like to turn off auto renewal service for AVG Secure VPN (5 Devices) subscription.
I chose to unsubscribe over 2 weeks ago and it's still saying Unsubscribing in progress? I wouldn't like to be billed full price for this. Thanks

Yes I would like to turn off Auto-Renewal for AVG Secure VPN please, that's the one that says it is in progress so I am unable to do it from my end.

Hi, Sorry about that I didn't realize it got posted but thank you for doing that for me.
I do have one thing though as Bala said my Auto-renewal for my AVG Internet Security was turned off however that now says it is in progress when I check my Subscriptions? My VPN one now says expiring but the Internet Security says it's in progress so I just want to double-check that both of these will expire. Thanks
