I am trying to suspend the renewal of my VPN subscription, I don't want to continue with this subscription thus I am trying to avoid the automatic charge to my credit card scheduled for September 26.
I have tried everything but the system doesn't let me do it … I click the unsubscribe key on screen but nothing happens …… and I have not found a way to contact a support line to request the cancelation of the automatic renewal option.
What do I need to do to cancel transaction with enough anticipation to avoid future problems ?
