Unsubscription problem

I cannot unsubscribe from my secure VPN policy as it doesn"t appear in my account. I have already had $89.99 taken from my credit card for up until 20/07/2021. It was taken out by digitalriver.com. I would like a refund from today if possible. I have had to take it off my computer because of clashing with something else on there today, which is causing a problem. Regards June Stone
