I am trying to unsubsribe my AVG Internet Security! I activated the button “unsubsribe” but nothing happens. I cannot find any phone or mail???
Before going on holiday, I received notificationb
to renew my policy. In the meantime, you tried
to renew on personal account which was
declined, I had never given my personal
account number, only my Lloyds credit card
which was used for payment. On checking, it
shows this is for 10 units. For my business, it
only for 1 unit, this one so why would be
charged for 10 and why then try to get paid
from a joint personal account which was
declined. I therefore need compensation in the
form of a refund.
I have tried to unsubscribe from AVG Internet Security many times in the past! Now I find that not only have I NOT been unsubscribed, but now I’m being billed for a service that I do not need or want! Please cancel my membership immediately, and reverse all charges to my bank account!
