Dear reader, after research it appears that this AVG program is not suitable for my Macbook pro. Bought another AVG product in the meantime. Hopefully you can stop this version and possibly refund. Like to hear from you.

To fix this error, we need to delete the previous traces on your Mac PC.
1) Open Finder
2) In the menu bar select GO > GO TO FOLDER
3) Type: /Library/Application Support/
4) Locate and delete the AVGAntivirus folder manually.
