After having a number of problems with AVG I decided to unsubscribe prior to renewal. That's that I thought. Wrong the renewal went through unknown to me. Because I had cancelled Ultimate but wanted TuneUp so I downloaded and paid for it. not knowing about assuming the renewal had been stopped. Another mistake… I contacted Customer Service and tried to find out what was going on and they don't seem to know and were of little help.The only real information that I got was to be told that the Ultimate renewal is 2021, Strange as I had unsubscribed So I want to make an official complaint. and get some answers. No where to go, AVG has closed all access to home users who have problems other than Customer Service. I am very disappointed with AVG. WHERE CAN I GO FROM HERE
