Unused or discarded devices

Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We understand that you are having concern about nine devices showing in My account and want to remove them. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Our license server has a new feature - LUMP (License Usage Monitoring Platform). LUMP counts all activation attempts in the last 30 days and it will display the number of active devices/activations attempts on your AVG My account- used devices. Sometimes the internet connection might be temporarily interrupted during the activation process, and it doesn't count activation attempts or add more count. 
If you have done any activation attempts on your devices in the past 30 days, it would display the additional number of devices on your AVG My account.
Currently, there are no options to remove the devices remotely. However, the LUMP counter resets automatically and remove the device after 30 days if it is unused. Please be patient until the count reset.
If you would like to remove the subscription from a device, please uninstall the AVG product from that device.

My account is showing I have nine devices in use but I now have only four.How can I delete scrapped devices?
