How do I get rid of unwanted advertisements - from AVG?
I frequently get reminders of good deals from AVG. I am not interested in that kind of spam, and especially not from a provider, that should help fighting such kind of internet behaviour.
I am fully content with my plan, and if I should become interested in other products from AVG, I am capable of finding them myself.
I have been using AVG products for twenty years and subscribe to Antivirus and Tune Up.
I do not need nodging towards VPN, which I have tried and found wanting. It is very annoying every other moment to find popups on the screen advertising lacks in my internet behaviour, while I am working on my computer.
This last month I have taken screenshots of the popups, and I have quite a number of them.
I sincerely think about cancelling my plans with AVG, though I have been content with the services until about 2 years ago, when accountants seems to have taken over the company from more serviceminded people.
The application Breach Guard of Avg works as far as that issue.
At work I have another computer, which also gets popups focused on Internet Security.
