Unwanted Automatic Renewal

Hello Benjamin, I read your post with great empathy. I had same issue. It caused me inexorable stress over two days and the only way I could act is by aquiring a new card with different account details so they cannot help themselves to my hard earned cash. It is interesting that this serves as the only method of getting the complaint noted, in addition it is a one dimensional way of communicating where they bombard self serving advertisement yet are nearly inpossible to contact.I hope that you found a solution. I advise to check all online sbscriptions with companies because this unethical practice is a trend. Before you subscribe to any online service, check customer service and see how available they are and also check and cancel automatic renewal. good luck.

How can a service be so infuriating?

I have called all 3 UK numbers I have seen on the forum and the phone automatically hangs up?

Just give me someone to speak to via live chat or email, I want to get a refund.

I simply wanted a trial, I cancelled it straight after so I am not even sure how you auto renewed my subscription.

As well as… how have you signed me up for a "Family bundle of AVG services" when I am only using a singular device all the time, what a joke.
