Hello,
I seem to have been charged for an unwanted one year AVG Secure VPN subscription. I do not know what account this subscription has been created through and it is impossible for me to cancel it or ask for a refund through any of the UI options I have found either through the application or through the website because I'm obviously not connecting through the same account it was acquired from.
I have access to the subscription ID and would like to cancel it and get a refund as well because I never intended to acquire this service.
Your assistance will be much appreciated in this matter!
