First question is why can't I get support from AVG directly? Not fair and a cop out relying on a forum.
Main question is how do I tell AVG that I DO NOT WANT AVGTUNEUP. Kept being nagged to try it on approval. I did try it, it's no better than the system maintenance i already have, so didn't buy it, Now there are frequent nag screens saying tuneup would have done something or other better and why not purchase, or "decide later". I decided months ago that I don't want the ***** thing, Why isn't there a "No thank you" option.?
