My PalPay account informed me that they had paid a charge of $75.99 to your company, DigitalRiver US Inc, #952-646-5037 from my ChaseDebit (VISA Debit card) as an automatic payment. I have made no such arrangement with AVG nor your subsidiary, Digital River. My AVG account shows that I have no subscriptions and there is no record of my receipt of any service for the charge.
Will you please resolve this issue.
