My computer keeps shutting down when I don't want it to.

If you prefer to scan for malware on your computer, you can follow the below steps :
Open AVG - Menu - Settings - Basic protection - Scans - Under 'Deep scan' ensure that 'Scan for potentially unwanted program' is checked.
After checking the above setting, from the homepage of AVG Internet Security, click on 3 lines beside 'Scan computer' & choose Deep scan.
