Unwanted Internet Explorer running on background

Also the Flash Player Utility are running too after I end the task…
I'll try to close or uninstall the AVG to see if this problems are related.

Since I've installed AVG the Internet explorer keep opening multiple tasks and running on background, sometimes it crashes by itself.
I use Chrome and I don't want IE running on my computer.
This also occur with the Flash player I think.This image is not available because: You don’t have the privileges to see it, or it has been removed from the system

Felipe, What AVG product are you actually using?. There's nothing related to AVG on the screenshot. Are you sure AVG is installed only there's no AVG icon on your system tray.
