I am getting lots of marketing from AVG. OK, marketing is important to any organisation but it damages the reputation with the company when it is sent to the wrong people. Who might be the wrong people in this case? Clients who already have what you are trying to sell. I mean, c’mon guys - I already have the full private user suite. Surely you can filter your prospects to remove those who might find the advertising an annoying waste of time. Looks like your marketing manager could do better.
