what do you do if a subscription you do not want automatically renews. I have had £49.99 taken from my card. There does not seem to be any direct contact information other than this to resolve it. If I click inscribe it doesn’t get my money back, only stops it renewing next year. Worse still I don’t actually have the software because the computer it was on completely burnt out the hard drive and had to be replaced.
