Unwanted renewal

We acknowledge your refund request. Before proceeding with it, we would like to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we see that last time you've cancelled the automatic renewal of a trial subscription that got renewed & was automatically merged to the existing subscription.
We do send pre-billing notification email prior 30 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 5/2/19).
If you'd still like to cancel the subscription & get refunded, we do understand.

Last time it was renewed automatically after couple day  than i contact the customer care and told them to cancel my automatic renewal, she told me OK  I told her to cancel the automatic renewal . However today I found out that you renewed it for me AGAIN. Please reimburse the amount you charged me because I don't use AVG any more.

Hi Krishnan,
As you well know I have proviously told you that I do not want to continue with the AVG subscription. Kindly refund  me the ammount I have  recently been charged for.
