Unwanted renewal

You have today (20th Sep 2022) sent me a renewal notice. (I am writing this at 17:06 Lisbon time)
I believe that I have cancelled my subscription. You have already put a pending charge on my card.
I have not and will not activate the renewed subscription as I have removed the software from my device earlier this year as it was causing me problems!
I therefor demand that the charge on my card is cancelled or refunded!

Dear Sreenu

  1. You have sent me earlier today an email with a renewed licence number for your software plus a link to use in order to activate it. I have NOT used that link, i.e. I have not activated the licenced software! In addition, I have no AVG application installed on my computer having uninstalled it all earlier this year. The product cannot therefore be “Active” until October 2023!
  2. You say that you “also always send a renewal notification email one month prior to when the auto-renewal will take place (in case you want to cancel).” I have never received such a notification from you!
  3. I have already requested through "my Account" a refund of the Eur 58.99 and I would be obliged if you would action that.
