Unwanted renewal!

As per our record, you have been charged AUD65.99 for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (1 year subscription) on 11th July 2018 as you have signed up for AVG TuneUp (30-day Trial) earlier.
During signup of this trial, auto renewal will be enabled by default.
We couldn't see a charge of A$70.00 debited on your *****@outlook.com account.
Could you confirm the charge that was debited to assist further on this matter?

I was NOT asked if I would like an automatic renewal before or after I had purchased the last protection period but have now just received a notification that it has taken $70! from my account for the renewal. I did not plan on renewing the plan and I did not have the money to do so. That $70 is my grocery money for the rest of the fortnight and I need it back.

I have attached a photo of the transaction. It is
Still pending through PayPal. It charged me $65 sorry, I read it wrong for some reason. There was no option for me to not renewal and I had thought that the 30 day free trial was just a trial for myself to decide and sign up for a year subscription after that trial. 

I have contacted PayPal because I could not find any contact information and was worried I wouldn’t get a response on the customer support page today.  

I would like to cancel this subscription.
