Unwanted security renewal

My renewal of #119 was taken from my PayPal account over a month before the renewal date of August 13. I have tried to cancel the service as it is no longer required but not receiving any response from the quoted email address. My concern is that this will be delayed until the renewal date and I'm then told  "it's too late we have renewed your service". What can I do??!!  PLEASE RESPOND!
