Im am writing this on dehalf ofmyelderly hearing impared mother if anyone can help wpuld be much appreciated,my mother received via her bank a pending bill for $69 for a subription to AVG ,we finally loged into the account as my mother has no idea what AVG isbut it seems they have the right login details ??? The account and its details states there is no subcrition of any type her personnel details has not been added either…
i have looked all over the site to cancell this account i cant cancel the subscription as there isnt any thou there is a pending payment on her bank account this does not make sence this is another stressfull ordeal while in lockdown.
how do i rectify this oh ss well my mother does not own a computer to use some security program this is all bogus
