I don't know what is happening, but AVG is billing me for subscriptions I never really signed up for and I can't cancel them because they don't appear in my subscriptions even though I'm using the same email and account. I did use AVG on my laptop and a few things, but I canceled them, and apparently, I'm still being charged for the AVG program and the other stuff. So far, I've been charged for the normal AVG program and the VPN program too. Can you please unsubscribe me and refund the $180 that AVG has taken from me within the past few weeks?

I'm not sure how to respond, but I can give the subscription codes linked to the supposed accounts. Do I reply to the email or send a separate one altogether?

I managed to log into the email that had the subscriptions and unsubscribe from all of them. Now, we just need to deal with the refund.
