Unwanter popup in lower Right corner of screen

Hi Bernie,

Thank you for providing me the screenshot.
Could you tell me which AVG Product have you installed on your computer and also the Version? The Pop-Up is a notification about the Scan Results of your Scheduled Scan.

Please provide me a screenshot of the AVG User Interface to assist you further.

Hello Bernie,

I understand the inconvenience. But I am unable to open the screenshot. Are you getting the popup message from AVG? Please provide the screenshot of the popup message to check and assist further.

Followed instructions three times but popup still appears for no reason and then leater disappears.  The only problem is when I try to open AVG Remover, I get the folowing drop down box.
Error.  "C:\AVG Remover" folder is not accessible.

I want to thank you for your help.  After running a number of registry cleaners and other similar programs, anti malware and virus scans the problem has not returned so far.  I am not savvy enough to know more than the basics about computers.  But I think it an unwanted plugin.

I have this popup that appears in the lower right corner of the screen. It says

Scheduled Scan complete

Medium 0/0
Info: 0/0
Open scan result
Now this has peen appearing from time to time .  It won't let me cancel it.  Just vanishes in its own good time.  I have used AVG-BEFfix.exe and AVG-Remover.exe. ,no help.  Uninstalled AVG and installed another program and used it for a period.  No help just keeps popping up. I have tried for 2yrs to get rid of this pest but no good.  Kan you help.

At the moment I am using AVG Free.  But as i stated this popup has been on my computer for about 2yrs.  Has remained there even after a number of uninstalls and not using AVG for a number of months.  Installing another program , not AVG.   This popup was still there.  I realise it is the result of a Scan Result , But if AVG is not installed there should not be any scan or scan result and this popup should not appear. When this popup first started to appear I don't know what AVG product I was using, it could have been AVG Free or a paid version.Screen shot of my prest AVG attached.User-added image
