Up grading to AVG Performance Pro with early renewal subscription

Your technical support still doesn't work, just keeps saying it's loading. I can log in successfully. Since putting this question on I think it is activated now, as when I click on the icon on my Desk Top it shows the components, whereas before it was just black and then had the error message in. The only thing is, the Tune-up Performance Pro  says I'm only 56% tuned up, showing a circle with only half green round it. The Protection Pro I'm fully covered, as when I click to open that, it opens my AVG Security and it's up to date and fully protected, but I've just renewed that for 2yrs now.

The Identity and Privacy is only half covered, the Idetity is fully protected it says and is enabled. When I click to open that  to ' get it for free' it says the Privacy Fix is not available for my browser. The Web tune up says it's not available for my browser, even though it mentions Internet Explorer as one of the ones it's available for, so don't know why it says that.

The thing is, it would seem that I'm only half covered for my money, even if it was a discount. My original Tune-up that included the One Click Tune-up (both of those icons have disappeared from my Desk Top now, but they would, as the AVG Zen has replaced them)  covered me 100%, and it did automatic tune-ups regularly. I clicked into Settings and found in the left-hand menu you could select for automatic tune-up and other things, which I've done now, but I don't remember having to do this when I bought the AVG Tune-up, as I'm sure everthing was automatically set. I only remember doing this when I first downloaded the AVG Free. Why aren't I tuned up 100% after renewing, and all the othe things? How are they going to be enabled?

I had an email  from AVG to ask me if I wanted to upgrade my subscription early to get it 15%  cheaper. This was for the AVG Tune-up. (I already have the AVG Security which I have recently renewed for a 2yr period)

So, I renewed the AVG Tune-up which was also an upgrade for freeit said,  to the AVG performance PRO. On my invoice it says I have purchased AVG performance multi  device. In My Account it says I've been upgraded to AVG Performance PRO. I paid $43. 34 I think  it was instead of the over $50 usual one that I paid last time I renewed.

I can't get it to activate. I downloaded it from the 'net, not from the email, as I hadn't received it then, as I was in the process of downloading the software. It said  I would be getting one but I followed the instructions from the web site, which are the same in the email. I've logged into My Account which it says will activate the product, but it hasn't. When I click on the icon on the desk top it's only half protected. It also seems to be talking about this being my 'day's trial  period' and telling me to click to buy. I don't know what's going on as I've already bought and have the invoices etc in the email.

 My order number is : 37-6137274.  I hope I haven't bought the wrong thing, but the price is right on the invoice that it said. It says it doesn't expire now 'til March 20017. I think it was due to expire next year at end of January, or maybe end of December, but not sure without looking at previous invoice.

I also had an error number which was : Code OXE001f632 but I thought it was because a panel came up to ask if I wanted my computer scanned from the AVG and I put it to do the thorough one which it said it was scanning and repairing but it was going on forever and I couldn't use my computer. I had to put it off, so I thought it was that that caused the error.

I've tried logging in again but I can't find anything anywhere for making it right. I couldn't get the live-chat to work either, it just kept having a circle going around saying it was 'downloading.'  That 'toll free number it advertises for a free call, isn't free at all seemingly.
