My current AVG Internet Security expires on 11/24/2018, although when I check the dashboard it shows 11/8/2018. On May 29, 2018 I was having problems with my security. I paid $199.99 for the AVG Total Care Bundle. I was told that my current Internet Security would be extended one year until 11/25/2019 and that I would have to activate it in November 2018. Yesterday, I received an email from AVG that my Internet Security will renew on 11/27/2018 and my credit card will be charged $99.99 on 11/15/2018. Why will I be charged when I was told I would receive an additional year since I purchased the Total Care Bundle in May? Please advise as I do not want my card charged in November.
