Update and E.Mails

Hello Balasubramanian,
Yes, I spent most of yesterday morning speaking to the microsoft team and going through everything with them to the point of them remotely taking a look at all things their side.
It seems a pretty big coincidence it started after my reboot, Iv'e had messages returned by postmaster and lots of missing incoming mails, there should be 30+ by this time… daily (more's the pity lol)
I does say 2016 but to clarify it's Version 16.71.7596.
I mainly use Chrome browser and am still running Windows 8.1
Cheers

Hello Erica,

Do you mean that after the latest update of AVG antivirus program you are facing the issue in sending and receiving emails?
If yes, could you please let us know whether you have installed the latest 2016 version?

Has anyone else had any issues with sending or receiving e.mails since the latest update?? (03/05/2016 for me) everything was fine until restart and since then my e.mail inbox has gone dry, I should have recived at least 30 by this time of day… everyday unfortunately!
I have contacted Microsoft and everything there is fine… or so they say?
Seems weird it should only happen after update though…coincidence? or is anyone else having issues?
Cheers

Erica,
Thank you for the information. Could you login to your email account in a web browser and check if you have emails received there?
