How does one change credit card info??

We're glad to help you with your request. AVG does not store your credit/debit card details. This information is safely stored with our payment provider and can only be changed when making a new purchase or renewal.
Instead we can manually add the card details from our end. An email has been sent to you requesting few info. Please revert to us via email to proceed further. (Reason being, privacy concerns).
