Hi all,
I received an email that I need to update my creditcard because my old one is not valid anymore. When I try to update my creditcard, the AVG website mentions that I it is not possible to update my creditcard and that I need to look at the Q&A. However there is no Q&A about this problem.
Please help since my subscription will end in 3 days and if it is not possible to change my creditcard, I need to switch to another anti-virus company that doesn't have this error.

I would request you to open the email reminders sent to you on 28th Feb 2021 or 15th March 2021 and click 'Renew Now'.
Use the new card details to complete the renewal to update the new card details automatically.

Obviously I clicked on the link in the email to update my credit card. However, when I fill in my new creditcard I get an error message saying that there is a problem at AVG and that this renewal of my creditcard is not possible and that I should contact you guys.
