I recently had a drop down informing me that I need to renew my driver update I clicked on the renew tab and wa given a antivirus renew . I need to go directly to the renew driver site and every time i end up going round in circlesHELP IF YOU CAN

Was this a drop down from your browser? If so you will never see a request to update a driver from there. It will come in the form of notification from software your manufacure of your computer may hae installed or your windows update it's self. Or you can go here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-device-manager#1TC=windows-7 and use this. If you are using windows 8 the instructions will still work just right click the windows logo instead at the bottom left and follow the same instructions. Then selcect the device it is telling you to update and right click it and selsect update.
