Update Failed Could Not Reach Our Update Server

Thank You.

I did uninstall using the link for the 32 bit system.  I then reinstalled from the
AVG website AVG Zen.  The same error message is still happening saying
"Couldn't reach update server."
Is there anything else I can do to fix this.

I used the Repair and also uninstalled and reinstalled Free AVG 2015.
I'm not able to update.  It says Update failed could not reach our update
server.  I'm able to send and receive email and surf the web so my connection
is ok.
Can you please tell me how to correct this.

Susan, Have you tried this?.. Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/UpdateAVG) [B. Updating AVG offline]. AVG Free… Use the update files from this webpage (http://free.avg.com/ww-en/download-update).
